WVLDI is dedicated to developing veterinary leadership that reflects the character and goals of veterinarians. The Board is a group of volunteers (not necessarily women!) who commit to attending the annual meeting at the AVMA and to participating actively in monthly phone calls. Other requirements are listed in the application form. From students and associates to practice owners and industry veterinarians, to academicians and government leaders, all are encouraged to become involved, so we can achieve a stronger, more effective and personally rewarding profession.
